Our Suites
Our hotel features 10 thoughtfully designed suites, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor access. Plus, four cabins with two bedrooms and kitchenettes for longer stays (3 night minimum) Accommodations range from cozy queen fireplace suites to spacious king rooms and family suites with two double beds—three of which are pet-friendly.Each suite includes a private four-piece bath and is equipped with fresh coffee, light snacks, and Roku TVs—everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Our on-site café is open daily from Father’s Day weekend through Labour Day, seven days a week.In the shoulder season—mid-May to mid-June and again from September 1 through Thanksgiving—we keep things a little quieter with limited hours.You’ll find handcrafted espresso drinks, house-blended teas, homemade soups and sandwiches, breakfast platters, daily features, baked goods, and more.In the summer, we’re open 8am to 3pm, with early options for guests heading out at sunrise to fish, explore, or just get a jump on the day.

The Castaway Public House
Our on-site public house is open seven days a week throughout the summer season, offering weekly events and live entertainment—it’s a place you won’t want to miss.We’re open from 6pm to 10pm Sunday through Wednesday, and from 6pm to midnight Thursday through Saturday.You can find details on upcoming musicians, trivia nights, and special guests on our Facebook page, The Castaway Resort, or reach out by email or text to see who’s taking the stage during your visit to the Labrador Straits.Our kitchen is open nightly from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, serving elevated pub favourites—from house-made cod nuggets and fresh-cut fries to summer berry salads with your choice of protein. We also offer handcrafted cocktails, local liqueurs, and a great selection of beer.Come in, grab a seat, and stay awhile.

Reservations at The Castaway Resort require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and removes your accommodation from all public booking channels.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Your deposit may be transferred to an alternate date at our discretion and subject to availability.
Group bookings and full property buyouts are non-refundable within 7 days of the reservation date regardless of circumstance. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
No-shows are charged in full.
